Dr. Gress Gustia Adrian Pah,S.H.,M.H.

Dr. Gress Gustia Adrian Pah, S.H., M.H. earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Jember, where he graduated cum laude. He subsequently obtained his Master of Laws (M.H.) from Airlangga University and completed his Doctorate in Law (Dr.) at the same institution, also graduating cum laude.

Dr. Gress Gustia Adrian Pah, S.H., M.H. possesses extensive experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution, specifically handling commercial litigation, competition law (KPPU proceedings), and capital market matters. He serves as a legal advisor to both domestic and foreign companies, providing comprehensive support on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and risk compliance. His professional expertise includes active involvement in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate actions. Furthermore, he has significant experience in Manufacturing and Industrial Law, Civil and Corporate Law, as well as agrarian and property law. He represents and advises clients at both national and international levels, bringing a strong background in strategic legal problem-solving that combines regulatory compliance with business-oriented solutions.

In addition to his practice, he serves as a Part-time Lecturer at President University, teaching business and commercial law-related subjects, and acts as an External Examiner at Universitas Padjadjaran, contributing to academic assessment and legal scholarship.

A licensed Advocate registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Dr. Pah serves as an Executive Board Member of the PERADI Surabaya Branch, specifically within the Professional Defense Division. He is a Certified Capital Market Legal Consultant registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Registration Number STTD.KH-443/PM.223/2021. He is also an active member of the Association of Legal Consultants for the Financial Sector (HKHSK), where he serves on the Executive Board for the Division of Organization, Policy, and Member Development.
